We are a brother/sister team whose goal in the mobile and tiny home industry is to provide a transparent experience for our clients. All our homes are shown with the price for a standard model, so that you know going in what to expect in pricing. We ourselves know the frustration of having to fill out long forms just to receive a quote. Our goal is to eliminate that step for you and allow you to get to the information you want to have, which is “how much is it?”
Although we have lots where you can come and see a model, you don’t need to in order to get pricing and information. Our lot is in your living room. We’re not a high-pressure sales team.
You don’t have to visit us in person unless you’re just in the mood, but if you do, we’d be happy to see you.

Hello! I’m Jolie Nantz and I’ve long had a love of tiny homes and lived in a spacious 400sf standalone garage turned tiny home. It was this experience that made me understand just how
well you can live in a smaller space. My love of interior decorating, furnishings and home decor come from years of working in the family business of upscale consignment furniture. My and Darren’s parents, Dave and Jeannie, instilled a love for all things home, having run their shop for over 20 years along with buying and remodeling homes.
